Default Can't get rid of extension: coupon server 1.1

Thanks to the expertise of this forum. I have an extension on Chrome that it will not let me uninstall. I have gone to : chrome://extensions and can uninstall all extensions except the coupon server 1.1. The message is:
"This extension is managed and cannot be removed or disabled'

I went to Coupon server homepage and they indicated it would be able to remove. Tried looking in my Controls and cannot get any help at all.

Do I need to totally Delete my Chrome and build it again?

Thanks again!!

Can it be uninstalled through add/remove programs in windows?

Do you have administrative privileges?

No, I tried the add/remove for windows. I don't think I have administrative privileges and don't know even who or how to get them. Wondering if it is some spyware malware. I have Malwarbytes and Avast that were recommended here in the forum. Thanks

Try this, just be carefull and don't remove stuff you want to keep. Make sure to uncheck the 2 boxes at the end of the install process.

Thanks to both of you. I repped you both. I did use Toolbarcleaner to get rid of Coupon Server and Google Game Arcade. Hopefully, this will take care of it.
