Have you accidentally put CD on the list of "no cookies allowed" websites?

If that doesn't help, you might clean out your cookies and temporary Internet files cache, and then bring up the website again.

I did all that including defrag, even went to Internet options and cleaned that all out too.

There is SOMETHING in there thats blocking this site to open it.

Don't most Dell computers come preloaded with Norton security suit now? If so (or any security suit) make sure your firewall is allowing it.

Just something to check.

daveyjones, what is the error message that you're getting? As alleycat said, the most likely culprit is your browser's cookie settings.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:

In IE

menus: Tools/Internet Options/Security

Click each icon and make sure it's set to default (default is grayed)

When you click the Restricted Sites icon also click the Sites button and make sure CD isn't in the list.

Does this error also happen when you go to our homepage Stats about all US cities - relocation info, maps, race, income, photos, education, crime, weather, houses, etc. ? What are your settings in Tools->Internet Options->Security and Privacy?
