offers a telephone service and markets it often. it doesn't seem to matter that I've said no thanks each and every time being contacted, it continues. Perhaps it isn't that big a deal, but telephone calls trying to sell something are, imo. I've learned if a call comes in from my provider, selling phone service is the reason for the call. Without being told, I go ahead and tell the person I'm not buying the phone, so there's no point in any more discussion about it. Their commercials are all about what a fabulous company they are, but if I had another comparable choice which would leave me alone, I would switch immediately.

Easy solution(s) to your issue...

1. Call back your ISP, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them unless these harassing calls stop you will cancel their service.

2. Block the telephone number(s) the telemarketer is coming in on.

3. Review this YouTube video on how to have fun with telemarketers:

My annoying telemarketing is opposite. My phone company is constantly trying to sell me internet and TV service, weekly through junk mail and phone calls. I'm in a Verizon FIOS area. They want me off the copper line [on poles behind house] and have offered to switch phone only to the fiber line [under ground at street curb]

Look up their privacy policy, and opt out to the extent possible. That is what I did with my telephone / dsl company. I also had to do that with Discover Card.

It was especially annoying that the caller id would display "Out of Area" when it was from the phone company. There is no doubt in my mind that they were blocking their caller id information.
