Sometimes when I click to go t a new page there is a drop down just under the toolbar saying FF won't allow it to load with an "Allow" button at the right end.

Sometimes it's no big deal, other times it causes problems.

I've gone through all the screens under options and can't find anything to turn this off. I am on the verge of changing browsers because of this.

Anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Try under FF Preferences>Content>

There is a check box for "Block PopUp Windows", plus a place to list exceptions, by URL, to blocking.

Hmmm. Might have phrased my initial post poorly. Please adjust to the actual message on the screen. Thanks.

Found it by Googling Firefox redirect prevent. Feel foolish for letting this get the better of me. Maybe the lack of sleep last night has me dumber than usual.

It's Tools/Options/Advanced/General/"Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

That change allowed Lowes to finish my order.
