The problem with this is that it's so hard to contact them and then they might not write back. Has this ever happened to your facebook or your email etc? How was it resolved?
I just found out I couldn't log in to instagram so I reset the password, twice. I also deleted all the cookies. Still couldn't login, so I contacted them. Don't know what will happen now.

It happens all the time, there is no single resolution, the problems range from issues with the website itself to an almost unending list of problems with the device or web browser being used.

Sure. Last year it was near impossible to log in to healthcare.gov for almost 2 months. I actually didn't ever solve the problem (identity verification). I just created a new account with the same info(with a new username) and that time it worked.

DDOS attacks, heavy use (How was your browsing experience Black Friday?) and plenty of other problems will do it. This morning the Internet here was really slow for me. Click on CD and wait......

Yes It happens alot..... People make stupid changes to something THAT WAS WORKING FINE and then people have problems!!!! (And if its only a few they usually dont care which is sad and quite ignorant on thier part)

ALL UN-NECCASARRY I might add!!

Are you using IE, Robert?
There have been some issues recently with IE and certain sites. Try another browser or Google "compatibility mode IE".

I'm not using IE but Firefox. Also the instagram problem is either computer or phone. Their support never wrote back.

That sometimes happens to me. But mostly there is a reason that I would get my username or my password wrong.

Update: I was able to login to Instagram using my user name. There was some confusion about using my email address as my user name which was wrong.
