chrome extention (Flash, work, disable, http)

I like to open many youtube videos at one time, back then they were flash and a 'stop flash' extention worked fine. but now the videos are html5 and none of the 'stop html5 from playing' extentions work or they only work sometimes. any suggestions???

thanks but have tried it and it doesnt work, but it doesnt work with a stop flash extention. why i dont know the only problem is sometimes it plays the video I just watched, you have to reload the page to get it to play the current video.
