Wondering if anyone else has ever seen themselves, their car, their pets, or some other personal thing show up in the satellite photos on Google maps?
I recently googled my house and there is a clear picture of my car there. From other elements in the street view, I can tell it was taken about a year or so ago.

You just came to this conclusion?
What do you propose? All satellite photos be banned?
Whether Google publishes them in a public way or a person purchases satellite photos of anywhere on Earth from private companies, either way privacy outdoors has been non-existent for the last 30 years...

Get over it...
I simply asked if people here had seen their own car, or some other personal item (other than their residence) in a Google maps photo.
Why did such a simple question cause you to get so riled up?

Google Streetview of my old beat-up Honda CRX, which I only recently got rid of. I think the first time it was on Google was about eight years ago when I had it parked on the street. Also a Ford truck that I owned showed up on Streetview when it first came out. But the image was so low resolution that it was hard to make out. Also both vehicles showed up on satellite photos at one time.

All 3 of our cars show up, but one of them we replaced almost two years ago.
