I'm glad europe isnt putting up with our crap. Facebook needs to die, but it won't. It's financially backed by the American gov't. The NSA and CIA and other surveillance entities use Facebook to forward their agenda. Its about time someone starts fighting back.

This folks, is why I do not have any "social media" accounts. Facebook has acres and acres of hard drives that store every single last action that is made. From spaces to periods to commas to emojis and personal chat convos, its all there and always will be. You can delete it, you can painstakinly go through and delete every last thing you have ever posted on Facebook, pictures and all and delete your account. It will always be tucked away in some partition on some hard drive somewhere.

I do not consider city data to be social media. I'll leave that up to interpretation.

Well, yes, technically, City-Data IS a form of social media. And yes, IP address are recorded, BTW.

I can find out your IP address without you knowing it and it won't be coming from any of the staff on city data.
