Okay, I know this sounds nuts.

But if I wanted to contact Craigslist, about a possible systemic problem I've encountered relating to posting ads - given that they are very secretive and unresponsive, what kind of employee position should I look for - system administrator? software engineer? ops? csr?

This has nothing to do with IT. Are you trying to be a smarty-pants and apply for a job showing them how you found a problem or something? Sorry, but that will get you nowhere.

If you just want to tell them about the issue, send them a report through the link. craigslist | help > system status

CL's Help Forum is a place where the only answers usually come from other posters, and haven't been very useful in the past.
