We had an issue with the exchange server (2010) and now all users can’t receive email in outlook 2010 but they can send mail. Email works fine via owa. There appears to be an issue with the user’s ost files.
If we recreate the ost file then all works just fine. Is there any way to do this for all of the users without having to go visit each computer?

You'd likely get better answers in an Exchange focused forum (e.g. technet or msexchange.org). But if you just wanted to delete the OST for all of your users, I suspect you can do that through group policy/logon script.

That said - those focused forums may have better input on determining if that is truly the best approach.
