"They had the ordering shipping to an address about 20 miles from me to my name and their address."

Defecate in a box. Send it to that address. Drive over and wait for delivery (each day until 3, O lord)

I agree, more than likely an inside job.

Unless you wrap that sh.t in an air-tight bag, no way it would make it before someone smells it!
Even if it got delivered, the suspects would sniff it out and bail.

What I would do is buy one of the cheaper items they ordered, then place a tiny long range transmitter in it and then dress up like a courier and drop it a few days later in a white rental van.

Wait to see where the package ended up then do some house cleaning.

Hello,

This is probably a good tool to have in your back pocket for times like this:
https://haveibeenpwned.com/
Basically, you'll enter your email address and whenever a database has been hacked that contains your email and other sensitive information, you can get an email notification.

Also, several ways you could have got hacked:

1. BestBuy had a data leak of some sort.
2. You reused the password on a site that DID have a data leak.
3. You have been infected with malware.

Also, seeing as you were attempting to keep secure passwords, Microsoft has a research paper that might interest you:
http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/...ndNoThanks.pdf
They basically compare the risk/reward ratio of the effort it will take to keep "secure" passwords and the benefit you (an end user) actually gain from doing so.
