I'm in real need of a qiuck simple answer sincethe site's help desk is closed. If I delete a sent email that has not yet been received, does it indeed stop it from being read by the recipient, or does it just a copy of it in my deleted bin?

In the majority of cases, the email has been sent. It just deletes your copy.

(I suppose if you have a intracompany server, maybe there is a possibility there is some other force in play)
