Sorry about the old article, but I just got this one in my inbox today. Maybe you heard the rumors for the past many months that Yahoo has been doing poorly financially. Quite a few people have been pinning the blame squarely on Marissa Mayer, saying she has no clue how to manage such a huge tech corporation, and maybe that's true, but in her defense, Yahoo was in deep trouble before she even took the reins as CEO and it's likely the company would have gone bankrupt anyway. It is a has-been searching desperately for ways to stay current in the ever changing tech world and failing miserably. But in a smart strategic move, she's trying to sell it before it dies a horrible death while it still has some stock value. So what's your take on Yahoo? Should it be defunct already? Do you use it? Would you buy it if you had a billion bucks (or maybe you do, you're retired now, so you have the time to spend all day posting on CD)

That woman destroyed Yahoo.

Portal era was over already but she definitely didn't help.

Even precious finance portal is a disaster now.

Really? I'm quite surprised the company is even still around. Do we know if they hold any IP worth having?

Not to mention the series of account compromises over the last few years.
