Facebook Changes (e-mail, work, click, error)

There have been some changes to my Facebook account (or Facebook in general) that I find disconcerting. First the details:

I have two Facebook pages, the first a 'personal page' and second a 'business page' that both share the same e-mail address.

Previously, whenever I would make a post to the 'wall' of my business page, it would in turn show up on the 'wall' of my personal page. Within the past week this no longer works- business page posts no longer show on the personal page.

Even further alarming, is that when I select the Notifications button on the business page, it now brings up the notifications of the personal page. All previous notification for the business page have been either deleted or can no longer be accessed.

When I select the 'down arrow' on the upper right hand side of the business page, it will now show the name of the business page as opposed to previously showing the name of the personal page. Previously, I was able to 'toggle' back and forth between each page using this function.

Are these changes that Facebook recently implemented or did I inadvertently make the changes myself in error? How do I go back to getting the two pages to function as they once did?

Is your personal account set up to "follow" your business account? You can toggle that on your work page's main page from your personal account by clicking on the "Following" button.

I have never had this toggle. Well, not in the 5 years that I have been running 2 pages from one account.
You are always logged into your personal account and are considered an admin on the page account.

If I click the upper right arrow to toggle to the business page, I am on the business page. If I post there, I post as the business. To go back to my own page I click my name near the middle of the page.

I don't remember ever having to toggle back to me with that drop down. I don't understand why that would be needed.

Maybe you accidentally, changed the "following"option. I've not experienced such issues, yet i manage a page from my account
