So 2FA is part of my life but not for everything.

It's a factor for my Twitter and that's the only app I know for sure I put 2FA on.

The problem is I need to know which other apps I made 2FA. Is there a way to find out? My phone is on the fritz and a scary thought it scaring me: What if that phone dies? Special request: At any point in this thread for any reason please don't suggest Google Voice or Google Hangouts because a lot of apps can tell that a phone number isn't issued by a major carrier and won't allow Google numbers. THANKS

If you are using google authenticator you can save the little QR code they give you when you turn 2 factor authentication on for the first time on a website.. this code is unique to that website and your account and will let you enable 2 factor on multiple devices or a new device if the one you have stops working.

If you are using a text message for 2 factor authentication, it depends on the service. Some might let you use a recovery email address or backup code. Here's twitter's:

As far as what other services you have, if you use google authenticator it will tell you, otherwise you just have to remember. Good luck.

For the record that is not true. You can use GV for a 2FA number. Here's the rub that got a lot of people in trouble and Google specifically warns you not to do this: Do not use a Google Voice number for your 2FA on your Google account. Believe it or not, the reasons for this are apparently not all that obvious to some people.
People have lost YEARS of photos and emails and other things by relying on this.
