Does anybody know if either Comcast or ATT will be offering it? I would like to get rid of my home phone and go with TMobile router which knows when you are home and away and switches between your DSL and the TMobile network. But I don't want cable as I am happy with Dish Network.

I have it from AT&T, in conjunction with my legacy analog phone service from them. If they balk at providing it when you take out your analog phone, tell them you want to keep your analog phone to support your home security system. After the DSL is installed, cancel the analog phone service.
