That's a good tip. I checked my own account just now. Some 3rd party apps I was expecting and I'm fine with. However, there were some on there that I'm pretty sure I've never associated with before. No idea how they got access. I'm pretty careful when I install apps on my phone to not allow access, but I guess a few sneaked in.

From your Google Account homepage, go to the Sign-in & Security section.
Click on the "Apps with account access" link or scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
Select "Manage Apps" to see more details.

Actually - how do you get the gmail app to stop popping up on my android? So annoying. Every time I try and send an email using a different email - the gmail app pops up and I can't send my email without struggling to close out the gmail app then having to type the address instead of being able to just select it from the address book. I don't have and don't want a gmail account but all the advice I googled doesn't work because the gmail app doesn't seem to have a menu to disable it. Maybe because I never enabled it in the first place.
