Default Need a secure web conferencing appliance.

In todays time has its own value and we all need to save it by some or other means. By considering the time factor I am looking for a secure web conferencing appliance. The appliance should be secure to use. Do you have any suggestions that can help me decide the right one?

Any help will be appreciated.

Different users will have different standards for what protocols, delivery methods and types of encryption that they consider "secure." Before someone offers a solution, please explain further with the specifics of what your organization would consider secure.

I work for a bank. Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but we use Citrix gotomeeting or gotowebinar. We have our own conference line tho, but Citrix does offer one with the program at a price.

We have also used the eRoom product which appears more a collaboration rather than conferencing software, although it can do all the standard screen share, display, whiteboard and the like for conferencing. The version we used was not the online version-it was the self-hosted version maintained by one of the law firms we do business with on their servers.
