I have noticed my spam folder to be pretty full. I am noticing that the people are more ingenious by setting the date anywhere from 1 to 4 days beyond the current date (i.e. October 13th in today's mailbox, Oct 9).

That's nothing. When I used Yahoo as my primary email account, I was getting messages in my Spam folder dated 30 years in the future.

I once asked Yahoo support why they couldn't just let users set up a filter to never deliver messages dated more than 24 hours ahead of time, since those forward-dated messages were always spam... they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

Some of mine have dates set to the year 2038, go figure! I hardly check it any more though.
