If you know how to use bittorrent, you can also legally download a high quality version of the latest (and best) episode (852x480) MP4 video file. Once downloaded you can view with mPlayer, VLC media player, or more recent versions of Windows Media Player.

NOTE:

If you get a "Forbidden" screen for any of the above links, try using the same URL with the middle "http://" removed. My web host seems to be trying to block video redirects to external video URLs even though it does not impact their own bandwidth.
