Default evidence of remote take over

Is there a way to determine if a pc has been victim of a remote take-over...in other words, is there a means to determine if activity was generated from the pc keyboard or a remote take-over...I suspect that one of my computers may have been accessed remotely using the server.

You sound like your common variety overly suspicious individual that is computer illiterate.. yah I'm stereotyping you.. but hey that's what you sound like..

The only way to know would be to have a seriously, seriously high end professional look at the computer and that would be someone with hacking experience and anti-hacking knowledge too.. a simple netstat command could also reveal open ports on the computer for remote connecting..
