I'm starting up a new site which will be in the format of a blog and can't decide which to go with. The hosting plan I have comes with free Word Press and another one I can't remember but I remember attempting to use wordpress some time ago and found it to technical. Blogger is like a tv dinner, all you do is heat it and you are good to go.

Which do you folks prefer?

I have no hesitation about recommending WordPress. I find WordPress to be very simple and intuitive. That is a huge statement for ME, because I strongly dislike unnecessarily difficult software.

My website has two WordPress blogs integrated into it, and it is super-easy to post from.

Can't say anything about Blogger. No experience.

I have blogs with both. Blogger is simpler to use, and can be easily integrated with Google. WordPress is more professional looking. I did not find WordPress too technical, it may have changed since you used it last.

Overall I prefer WordPress.

Thanks people. I have a very lazy brain and have found that when I apply myself it's easy so I guess it was just a bad day. I also think wordpress looks more professional.
