Why not use Flickr or Photobucket or some of the other free sites?
well, i'd like to have my own address and i'd like my site to be personalized....i'd also like to add high quality, semi-pro grade pictures and allow potential users to purchase copies.
Not likely you'll find anyone to create a site you plan on making money off of for free, especially one that requires a shopping cart and credit card processing, check out Harry's recommendations.
The hosting control panel may already have a "one click" install and if it doesn't you don't need to be a rocket scientist to get these installed. If you can follow simple directions that's all you need.
You will most likely need a mod if you want to allow people to purchase them.

The selling idea is really something that would come later on. right now, i just want to display my photos. all i need is a simple website with a smart design that allows for me to showcase my photos to friends and family as opposed to sending pix over email.
