I have been using firefox for a couple of years and then all of a sudden last week it started acting crazy! I downloaded the new 3.6 version and now it won't even open!

What to do???

what?

spybot and zone alarm have nothing to do with each other. Zone alarm is a firewall while spybot is a spyare remover.

I have tried that and it will not remove the program because it says it is already running! I get the close firefox for uninstall message.

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL, select Task Manager. Scroll through the list until you see 'firefox.exe'. Select it and click 'End Process'. Then try the uninstall/reinstall again.
