Msntv served my needs for 13 yrs but i dont plan to get a pc anytime soon as i have more important matters to attend to. I have been a member on c-d for 6 yrs now (9/28/07) & i dont plan to access this site from a computer at the library. Its been very nice surfing the net & posting on forums websites from from recliner & 32" stereo tv using my wireless keyboard & remote. Someday in the future ill be back online from my home but not anytime soon. I was wrong about the time when msntv closes down.

You can get a laptop from radioshack for under $300. Or ebay for cheaper than that

I was in radio shack the other day and saw a nice lap top for $275

It became so outdated in 2008 that I had to cancel it lol
I give Microsoft credit for hanging in there with the service for the benefit of the service's loyal customer base. There really wasn't a service like it that the customers could migrate to. Other Internet companies would have likely folded the tent and shut it down long before 2008.
