Hi computer people.
So, i have a google e-mail account and i've searched and searched and cannot find an option to block e-mail addresses.
There's a spam blocker but my earthlink account not only has that but also gives me the option to add any address that i don't want to receive to a list and i've just assumed that my google mail account would have something similar.
Am i staring right at the option but not seeing it?
Thanks.
What you do in Gmail is create a filter and tell the filter to direct messages from that address you want to block directly to the Trash. Since you can only have 50 filters, hopefully there isn't a very long list of addresses you want to block.
If your list of addresses to block is very long, it is possible to have the same filter block messages from multiple addresses. That requires a bit more effort.
