david lerner a new york and florida financial legend is being investigated by finra .
the company who's reputation and commercials were all based on how risky the stock markets are and how their conservative investments in bonds and reits were so much better is now being investigated for selling un-appropriate investments to folks and not disclosing the actual values of its real estate investment trusts.
i myself own this and im quite surprised at the behavior of david lerner and i think this tarnished their entire image forever and rightfully so.
