I would like to know if I should use a financial planner services or not. If yes, please recommend me a good one (FP) in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel hill area.

I have a 401k, a 403b, and a Roth IRA with TIAA-CREF and a small investment (mutual funds mainly). I also have some money that I am using as emergency fund that I have been investing a low yielding CD.

I get a free advice session every year from TIAA-CREF about pretax retirement money (401k, 403b, etc) they are managing but not the rest.

I am thinking that I need a financial planner for advices on how to invest money in my retirement and non-retirement accounts and how re-adjust my investment during volatile market.

I know a little about investing but not enough to be confident to do it myself. Thanks
