I listen to his show almost everyone on the radio. The guy seems to know a lot about the stock/bond market, taxes, real estate, etc.

He has the bucket plans and you can get a financial advisor to talk over the phone.

Anyone use them? How much do they charge?

i credit ray and harry brown for 90% of everything i know.

to be honest i spoke to them to get a feel for whats involved and the fee structure is pretty high.

the products they use like the untraded reits can be quite costly fee wise and i dont recommend putting such a huge chunk of dough into this not very transparent high fee investments.

better you read the books, follow the bucket system and learn to fill them with your own investments.

one of the best plans for retirement planning i found so far.

im not to keene on the products he sells but the plan let us watch the 2008-2009 drop more as a spectator than an active participant. we went to one of his free workshop seminars not even knowing who he was at the time about 5 years ago and it changed our entire retirement planning strategy.
