Where can i find a note buyer who will buy third mortgage notes? (refinance, real estate)

Hi all,

I really need to find a third mortgage note buyer i have a real estate note and i can not for the life of me sell the note. can anyone help me find a buyer who can buy the note.

Maybe you could contact Fannie Mae and see if someone there has any suggestions?

Or if the mortgage is for a home and higher interest than current rates, maybe you could help the homeowner refinance to a lower rate? (Then that would pay off your mortgage.)
