I have Fidelity. Is a Morningstar membership worth the cost? Right now I have a basic account but wondering if I should opt for the premium. I'm looking at stocks right now. What are the pros and cons of the paid membership? Are there any discounts that they offer?

i signed up for it a few months ago , i dont think its worth it at all , seeking alpha is free and just as good IMO

one thing to be aware of aswell is that its extremley difficult to get out of a subscription with morningstar , they simply do no reply to emails

Check with your local library. Many of them have online access for Morningstar and other financial publications available for members. If your local library doesn't have it, there are some libraries around the country that have online access available for non-resident members, for a fee. My local library doesn't have it, so I pay $27 a year to one in another state and have both Morningstar Premium and Value Line available to me.

Please give us guidance as to where should I send 27 dollars and get these memberships.
