AAPL finally broke 500.

Right now, I would not own GLD or AAPL.

Yeah, up 13% in 3 weeks is looking like a winner stock at this point.

AAPL is breaking out. It won't see the kind of fast growth as before (unless they create a new product with similar success to the iPad or iPhone), but I do think it is a safe buy ever since it broke $470 or whatever the resistance was.

Both look good on monthly charts. Both show intact long term upward trends and are both at nice pullbacks to buy into. That said I think gld has more upside than aapl.

I expect gold to go lower.

Too many investors are leaving gold for the stock market.

It very well could, but if it does go lower, I will be getting stopped out of about 6 or 7 stocks I bought last week.
