This is a new fledgling industry, something that will never come again within our life time. Now, I'm not saying a new company. I'm talking about a whole new Illegal cottage industry that has taken the world by the storm and is now on every front page of your eNews Paper!
As an investor, you would invest your hard earned dollars in an industry that can be shut down because of RICO Act? (anti-racketeering law: law intended to eradicate organized crime by establishing strong sanctions and forfeiture provisions.)
Or do you take the risk like the 20 other states coming on board into this new industry?
Now when I say take a 'risk' I mean, would you invest in companies within the marijuana industry?
If so, which one's do you feel will make it through this storm of DEA raids! So far it's only been dispensaries that are being raided. Could companies that make products be next?

Corporation's in the laws eyes, are know as 'Living Entities'. Does this mean that they too can be covered under the "Bill of Right"?
