i wouldnt say that. its probably a violation of the terms of the card, which means they have every right to cut you off. but i dont think i would say its anywhere near fraud.

Been going for 6 months without getting shutdown or stopping vanilla reloads. Pocked about $1272 with about an hour of work over the past 6 months.

I have 3 CVS stores within 1.5 mile of me who have vanilla cards and allow cc reloads.

There's no such thing as borderline fraud, it's fraud or it's not and this is not fraud or illegal nor is it technically outlined in their TOS. That said they write TOS vague so they can change terms and or shut you down at any time for anything so if they catch on they will block future CC reloads but they will not shut your card down. I really see no downside to it.

CVS is no longer allowing Vanilla Reload purchases with credit cards.

You'll need to buy VISA gift cards that have pins from them and transfer the balance from them at Walmart.

I see no problem in getting a ton of points via these cards provided that it's something that you'll normally be paying for anyways.. the Prepaid Cards just allow you to pay for them with a credit card and get points for them then write a check using the amount you charged. That way, you can pay rent, college tuition, a new car, or even a new house and get points for it.
