FSLR reported earnings and missed the number. But the stock went up. And today is up another 4%.

Any one else on this stock?

Thanks

Long term this is going to $100. Solar is here to stay. I don't think you will get rich, but a good buy and hold IMO.

I would probably do 2.5K in TAN and 2.5 in FSLR myself, but I am a wimp for risk

I shorted 50 at 63.50 day of earnings and covered the next day at 67.50 after not covering in the pre-market $60.15.
I had bought the Dec. $57.50 call for $10.20. It's now worth about $14.60.
I sold the 63.50 weekly call (week of earnings) call for $1.20, had to buy it back for $4.70 and sold a weekly $69.00 call for this week for $1.20 = loss $2.30.

Lost $200 on the stock and lost $230 on the weekly roll out and gained $440 on the Dec. call.
Net of about even with 18 weeks to keep selling weekly calls.
Shorted at $63.50 and it is $69.50 today, so the result, at the present time, is not so bad with the stock
up 9.5%.
Not glad I shorted it. Glad I used the Dec. 57.50 call as a hedge. The desired result was the stock to fall near $10.00 on good or bad news and then rebound after the short was covered.
