Are you allocating a greater proportion of your equities to these markets? I'm considering doing so.

No.

I have a tough enough time trying to decide on allocations for the US markets. I have no time and minimal interest in trying to follow the foreign markets. I leave that to fund managers. International stocks are about 12-15% of my portfolio; however, many US companies are heavily involved in global enterprises so my involvement and risk is higher.
