The company doesn't make money and probably won't ever. Stock is worthless. IMO.

It may very well be the new Enron. Very questionable practices. I would not touch this stock, even for a short term buy & sell higher type of a deal.

There is probably other garbage lying in the weeds that hasn't come out yet.
I learned from watching what happened to Enron, to avoid stocks like this one. Management is a bunch of liars.

T. Rowe Price just filed a lawsuit against Valeant claiming that their fraudulent accounting cost TRP clients $70 billion. Other mutual fund companies have also filed suit and they expect more to follow.

I'm not sure how that's justified. Vrx top was 250 or 10x where it is so a total market cap possible of less than 90 billion. I'm not sure how trp and their clients could have lost 70 billion or prove that in court

I jumped into VRX at $22 in my IRA. I held my core for about 3 weeks and sold my original position at $29…I'm letting the house's money ride on this one. If Papa can turn things around and keep the company going for the next 5-10 years, I'm sure a rebound in share price will follow. It seems like everything wrong that could happen fell upon the old management. I can't imagine things getting worse. Sure the lawsuits are piling up, but that should have been expected and factored in a long time ago.
