I'd second that. I'll take as many shots as I can of under a week double digit flips.

Here's what I can say. They may have a great product, (check out Matterport for the industry btw) but definitely some of the demand is coming from their realtors that are allowed to either get paid their commissions or divert some to stock sold by the employer. So the good/bad news is I think we've got a decent component of employee owners that have growing, not static, stock purchases.

Not really sure how they're able to do that, but that's what I was seeing when I was clicking around awhile ago on how to be a realtor with them.

My AMZN play has taken a hit the last couple days for sure (80% of my "portfolio"), but once the Trump twitter attack hysteria dies down I fully expect it to resume its march higher.

Yeah, AMZN is hitting on all cylinders. At some point, the organization may get too large to effectively manage itself, but I don't think that point is any time soon.

Oh yeah. That's a long ways off. I do think they'll do a stock split sometime soon. Getting pretty high in price per share, out of the range of a lot of small investors who might want to buy one or a few full individual shares.

Tom - maybe a quarterly update on the dividends would save you some time and I'm sure there would be no complaints from the peanut gallery....

And after the first quarter, the reigning champ is doing his best Rocky 3 impression. After being crowned "The Champ" it appears that he's a shell of his former self. Can he rise above the red days? Or will this be a stop-gap to the better sequel - Rocky IV. Either way, he won't let this first quarter break him.
