So if Bitcoin ever reaches a million, how much would GBTC be worth, 200K per share?

As long as you put up only as much as you can afford to lose, don't worry about. This may be its peak forever, but I doubt it. If you lose it, you lose it. If you don't, it will be a fun ride.

In a little over three months, we’ve already made enough to cover our Model 3 order

There are plenty perfectly good companies out there worth investing in. At this point it doesn't seem like the reward will be worth the risk, while there are other sound investments available. but that's just my two cent. but good luck!!!
Altcoins are going up 30% a day, far from too late. Your not going to see a 1000x return like the people who got in back in 2010 however there's still money to be made. I bought BitBay yesterday and was up 140% in a few hours

Totally understandable to think Bitcoin has had it's run but just an FYI you don't have to buy 1 full Bitcoin, you can buy $100 worth if you want

It’s still very risky, but instituional buyers are now starting, so I think it sill has more room to run before crashing.
As much as i would love to make a bunch of money fast....Gbtc is down to 2600.

Thanks for the heads up. I just bought some in our Roth IRA. We haven't contributed to it in years since we're over the income limit and have access to a Roth 401k anyway. I haven't done any crypto swing-trading yet, but I might in this account since it's tax advantaged.

Lol I do see that if it comes back down near 2600 I'll consider taking a gamble but 3k still seems pretty high.

We will see what happens. It is throw away money and I thought I would take a chance. Hopefully I at least make my money back. I think Bitcoin is too hot and Ethereum or another Crypto will be the one to rise.

Will update this thread periodically.
You'll make it back.

I threw $4500 into it over the summer for the heck of it and I'm now sitting over 6 times that.

I wouldn't short change bitcoin though. It's got the name and is the one everyone hears about.
