We are also touching the 200 dma on the S&P500. Will we bounce off it or fall right through it?

Futures trading begins in a few hours so that may be interesting to watch. What is also going to be interesting is what happens at market open tomorrow, gap up or gap down?

Oh yes - Stormy Daniels interview tonight, just in time for additional fodder for the markets tomorrow

Post your speculations here... for Monday and for the week ahead Either way I think it's going to be a very interesting week. Enjoy!

Day traders and kitchen-table stockbrokers will go through a lot of Tums and booze. Long-term investors will go "Hmm" and turn to the funny pages.

Just an FYI...

Day traders love volatility, days where the market barely moves up or down are the days they hate

Only when they think they can out-guess it. This next stretch will almost completely lack predictability, just as the last year has pretty much defied all expectations.

That is how day traders make money is days with big price movements. I don’t think you know what a day trader actually does lol.

It’d be like telling surfers... oh they will need tissues because tomorrow swells will be big... it’s like ummm surfers want big swells. They don’t want flat waves.

It was just a yuk about short-term investors who agonize over every twitch when, really, they could just turn their back for a year at a time.

Using day traders as an example kind of back fired though lol as days like tomorrow will be what they’ve been waiting for

If anyone is basing their stock buying decisions over an alleged affair the president had ~10 years ago, we're doomed as a nation. I couldn't care less what Trump did with Stormy. That's between him and his family.

My guess is we start the climb back up the ladder tomorrow now that the latest "spook the herd" event (trade war) is yesterday's news.
