I haven't had a problem with Vanguard, have 2 step auth to my Google Voice number so can sign in and receive the code from browser or phone. Has worked fine in most of world except China which gets wonky with Google Voice app so like you we use a VPN to route our connection with an IP through SFO or NYC in United States.

We just have Netflix for streaming, which has availability in more of the world and when we're going to be in China we download a bunch of crap on the Android App for Chromebook to watch offline.

You're not just going to burn your stock certificates for warmth?! How wasteful!

Honestly, I have no idea. I just guessed. I doubt I guessed right. I just don't think this is something that should be mocked assuming that it's even true. I figured a thread like this would have been deleted by now because it doesn't really add anything constructive, but that's not my call.

When the "timberrrr" people start coming out of the woodwork, it's usually an indicator that the bottom is in or very near. I can't count the number of times I have seen people like zoootie that show up for a brief period during a correction, and as soon as the market stabilizes and resumes upward movement these people are never heard from again.
