While true it’s entirely irrelevant to the conversation isn’t it?

He was asked if him/his engineers had any ideas, they responded with an idea. Everyone want to say it was a PR stunt. He didn't just decide to get involved for the press, he responded to a request. And you want to jump all over it saying he did nothing helpful. He did more than 99.99% of the world did whether his idea was used or not. He tried, and that is always helpful

His submersible wasn’t helpful at all. I’m not jumping on him for doing nothing but rather his Twitter activity.

Again, Tesla is an automobile manufacturer, which is highly cyclical and sensitive to economic pressure. Historically, auto companies have not been the best investments.

The yield curve is flattening and Tesla's investors are fleeing. Just take notice, that's all.

It's hard to divorce an idea when you're married to it, but maybe you should.

You could say this about A LOT of companies right now I'm sure, but just some food for thought.

Personally, i'd rather put my money in a company that's trying to do good for the world and the mankind, than invest in any other companies that have bottom line as their core business model...like VW that installs sw to beat emissions..... if i lose all my money in the process, so be it. I don't think the likelihood of that happening is high, but I honestly mean that. I only invest in company's whose mission i believe in; and Tesla tops that list.
