Is Musk actually designing cars? Chances are the answer is no and you should know that so I’m unsure why you’d even bring it up
A person like Musk def gives his input on everything, for sake of argument let’s pretend he gives zero input, he at the very least chose the designer, but we all know he is too OCD to not give his input on the design. No electric car or company is close to Tesla in price, design, performance, taste, supercharging network, etc.
I find the level of hatred very confusing lol. I have a lot of neighbors with Teslas and they all love them, I’ve been talking to them since I was really about to buy one. I’ve also driven the S and 3 and they are amazing. I wouldn’t want to own the stock now, but I love the company and product and I give Musk tons of credit. He is the Steve Jobs of cars.

Strange you give him the design credit and then when questioned you are actually clueless as to what input if any he has. After that you then question the level of hatred but entirely skip over the irrational exuberance that you yourself have shown. Strange

Are you okay? I dont understand why you are attacking me for saying I love the company and want to buy one of their cars and that I also like Musk and what he created. You are equally as clueless as you claim he had nothing to do with the design of the cars. Common sense would say Musk had a lot of influence and/or say in the design of the car. If Ford's CEO was in Musk place from the start, Tesla would not look anywhere near the same today nor would it have such amazing features.
Clearly there is something more to this story for you to hate him so much that you attck anyone who likes his products or company.

I’m not sure how define attacking but I think you are applying the term incorrectly here

I’m not sure where you believe I claim Musk had nothing to do with it. I do find it hard to believe a CEO is the one designing cars but I certainly didn’t make the statement you are claiming

You weren’t attacked so take it easy on the dramatics. I don’t hate Musk but he is a terrible CEO imo
There are people behind the scenes doing all the work that don't really get the credit. Can anyone name Tesla's head of design without looking it up? I can name half a dozen Ford designers from the last 10 years because these people actually are involved with the reveals and regularly appear in media announcements. Tesla is all Musk, and that is a liability. It is why so many executives have left; Musk thinks he can micromanage every aspect of the business and doesn't trust his own talented people to execute.

With the stock bouncing around 292-296 this morning I figure Elon is due to tweet some vaguely spectacular promise any minute now 5...4...3...2...1......................
We are now down about $100 from the 52 week high, hovering around $290. I wonder if it is down on the news of the new Mercedes SUV EV to be revealed later this evening?
