Stock is now -23% off it's Jan 26th peak, how much lower can it go? Could this be a potential long term buy? I know right now due to the tariff situation things may go lower but long term outlook could be positive. One concerning thing is profitability but they are comparing it to the early Amazon where the company had losses in order to grow.

is this a buy NOW??? Anyone? It's gone from an all time high of 50 and change to 26 and change now. What are the chances this will bounce back sharply? 50% off all time highs, yikes!

Some stocks fall 100% from their all-time high, and never bounce back

yeah, but JD has $55 billion in revenues, it's not like it is some fly by night... i'm wondering if this is a severely oversold condition based on the news.

For folks that are interested in "investing" in firms which are fundamentally scandal driven settings I can offer no advice...

The JD CEO is currently caught up in a rape scandal (just broke 2 days ago) - add this to the Japanese selloff, and I would stay away until you see a significant turnaround in Japan AND his scandal blows over.

JD is an excellent company and using a lot of its capital to improve its infastructure in China, hence part of the poor performance this year along with the Trump tarriffs. Long term its a great company, but all I do is buy and hold long term on all my stocks. I don't trade stocks.
