Default Peruvian stock market – good or bad?

Hi all, I am new in the stock market and would like to know more about the Peruvian stock market – like is it safe investing there, are there any near losses? I would like to have the suggestions of people that have really been there and have an internal experience of that stock market. Your suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Peru is a very poor country that has many challenges including modest economic growth and limited infrastructure. Exports have been primarily minerals although foreign investment should help growth.

Investment potential is limited compared to other options.

Hi, if you are thinking of investing in a particular stock market it is very necessary for you to have a deep knowledge about it. The Peru stock market offers a 3-4 digit investment return and from which a 25 year old bank messenger changed the scenario of life by getting as high as 11 times more that the current investment returns. It is one of the highest among the Top 10 countries offering the most astounding stock returns of the year. It’s like athesecretstockmarket.com that’s been discovered. I hope that my suggestion will update you more on the Peruvian stock market.
Best of luck!

consider a Latin American ETF (less risk to be in a 'fund' of companies rather than individual issues, and it is a real bad idea to have too much exposure in a small market, sector or individual stock...never more than 5%, or more that you are willing to kiss good-bye.)

ILF and EWZ are two I'm tracking.

Both bounced down near 200 day moving average, I often use that as a buy signal (on a rebound, not on a fall !!!) A typical good sign is when it reaches new lows on lower volume and starts building price support on the low side. That usually means the institutions are done selling.

I try to only buy ETF's that have high trading volume, as when you want out it is always good to have lots of buyers...
