I like Zoom as a company....I really wish their offering was going to the company and not letting investors cash out early....and I this dual class share deal is ridiculous. in terms of control.


And then there's Pinterest, with surprising growth numbers, watering down IPO buyers to less than 1%....but at least they kindof have a plan to phase out the B share dominance over 7 years.
