So far oil has went in a different direction than I was expecting it to. With the renewed threat of violence in Nigeria, the strike in Brazil, and Chavez's comments about $300 oil, I expected to go over $150 on Tuesday. Had that have happened, stocks would have taken a huge hit and the Dow would have definitely fallen below 10,500.

Not only did prices go in the opposite direction that you predicted but prices drop posted their largest weekly drop...ever.

Props to you for posting predictions but as I've noted in the past your predictions have proven to be very accurate over time. It's just a good example of how difficult it is to predict markets, particularly in the short-term.

For Friday the 25th:

1. Good news will push up the Dow to 12,000 for the first time in a long time
2. Oil continues in free fall Monday and Tuesday to settle at about $105 Wednesday
3. The NASDAQ has its best week in 2 years

I'll call BS on this right now. The Dow will trade mostly sideway, up about 1% to settle near 11,650. Oil will be nowhere near $105. The Nasdaq will do nothing spectacular as google and microsoft both disappointed and will continue to weigh on the street.

America's fall? Oh please, where is your patriotism?

Errr, ok nevermind I see that you're only 19, you've got lots to learn......

how does the crow taste?

1. Dow down over 100 points on the week from where it opened Monday, coming up over 600 points short of 12,000.

2. Oil settles around $123, nowhere near $105.

3. Nasdaq up about 1% on the week from 2290 to 2310. Huge week huh?
