Teaching abstinence isn't that successful. We'd be a lot better off to just subsidize vasectomies and IUDs for the people who are too poor to afford them. |

That is still a Liability. What happens if the other spouse loses his/her job?
Also, both spouse working and sendind the kids to daycare? Why would you want someone else to raise your own child? |

According to my divorce attorney there is a marked difference between a stay-at-home-mom and what she calls a stay-away-from-work-mom. Evidently there is a whole set of matrices and criteria to distinquish the two. My ex was found to be the latter.
