I am a California native but both my parents are from Iowa and my relatives reside in Council Bluffs. NICE area! I love visiting!
People friendly and wave at you. My aunt and uncle live further out and have property and farm land and they are all living where my grandparents once lived, they have built their own homes, kids living nearby having their own kids there. The little coffee shop my uncle frequents there he goes and pours his own cup of coffee. Its like the little diner where everyone knows everyone. Very pretty place!
