Hey everyone....my husband and I are considering a move to Iowa from Oklahoma in the near future. The company he works for has an opening up at Fort Dodge. We would rather live in a small town, as we have a son that is grade school age. My question is... What small town outside of Fort Dodge is the nicest, friendly, nice homes and excellent schools?? Thanks for any information out there.

You might as well live in Fort Dodge. Badger is a nice small town north of Fort Dodge but the housing prices are the same. If you're going to buy a house in town, stick to the north side. All of the schools in town are good. I would definately visit here first if possible.
